Chest/breastfeeding Needs:

Silverette Nipple Covers - These are great for sore nipples from nursing.

Earth Mama Nipple Cream - My favorite nipple cream. You can put this on and you won't have to wipe it off when the baby is ready to nurse again.

Nursing Shields - These are great for sore nipples and a SHORT TERM latching solution, just until you are able to see a certified lactation consultant. You may need to use these, but they are lifesavers if you need them. buy them close to your due date, so you can return them if you don't end up needing them.

Nursing Bras - Cheap and durable. These nursing bras fit so nicely and work great.

Nursing Tops - Or bypass the bra altogether and wear a nursing top. I lived in these with all my kids.

MyBreastFriend Nursing Pillow - skip the Boppy and get this pillow. It fits around the body and you can position the baby so much easier. Plus there is a little pocket for your phone, which is so nice. I would suggest getting an extra cover too.

Down there Needs:

Adult Diapers - I would suggest taking just one to the hospital for the way home, but these are great for the first few weeks. You and your baby will be sporting these! So nice for that first trip to Target postpartum.

Ice Pads - You won't need these for long, maybe two weeks, but they are so nice.

Numbing products - After using the bathroom, use these products in this order. Dermoplast spray, then on your (ice) pad layer Tucks Pads then Preparation H on top of that. This is the secret to comfortable heeling. I really don't advise getting off-name brands for these.

Pain medicine - Tylenol and Motrin. You will want to have these already at home. i would suggest having a little notebook by these to track what time you took these to stay on schedule with these.

Colace (Stool Softener) - Pooping will be a challenge after pushing a baby out! take these the month before the baby is born to help with pregnancy constipation, and after the baby is born to keep things moving.

Sitz Bath - this sits right on the top of your toilet seat for extra relief with nice warm water.

C-section Scar Care Sheet - This helps heal your scar faster and protect it from infection.

Frida Mom Peri Bottle - The hospital will provide you with one of these, but this design is just better.

Frida Mom Kit - This kit is honestly pretty great. If you are a "one-and-done" type of person, this is a great kit. If you are an "I wanna save money" type of person, the hospital will provide cheaper versions of these items.
